Engineered plans have been prepared and submitted for approval by the relevant authorities in 2015. It is anticipated that civil works for this project would cost approximately $2.2 million.

The Ministry of Housing and The ministry of Economy and the Public Rental Board has had series of consultations with International Finance Corporation on the scoping for Public Private Partnership for this Project. Discussions still on going.
