The Public Rental Board is currently in talks with Housing Authority to acquire the said land for its development. The proposed development includes 76 rental units with 40 (1-bedroom units and 36 x 2-bedroom units.) The development also includes:
- Car Park.
- Playground and children’s play area.
- A Community Hall (double storey)
- Underground rainwater harvesting.
- Solar panels for external and staircase lighting.
Discussions is currently in its preliminary stages.
