PRB is currently in its 3rd cycle of its general maintenance programme.
Two rental estates have been earmarked for this financial year 2023/2024. These two estates include Votua and Natokowaqa rental estate (phase 2).
Both projects should be completed before the end of this financial year.
A five (5) year general maintenance plan has been prepared and currently being followed.

- There are 147 flats in the Nadera estate.
- These were phased out into 2 phases, phase 1 – 85 flats & phase 2 – 62 flats.
- The GM commenced on the 12th of March 2021 and completed on the 6th of October 2022.
- This includes the hall upgrade; the Nadera hall is also being used as the kindergarten. PRB had provided furniture’s for the kids, white board and set up their playing area.
- The external works and landscaping works were also included like the rock lining works and tyre retaining wall which was done in 2023.
