The PRB Macfarlane estate was established in 1979 with 36 flats. The estate is located along Macfarlane Road, Raiwai, Suva. In 2005, an additional 43 flats were built bringing the total flat count to 79 units. The estate has a community hall with a kindergarten of approximately 20 students. The estate comprises of a mixture of studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom flats.
