April 3, 2025To support the government homeownership initiative, the Public Rental Board invites eligible low-income families to submit applications for the purchase of low-cost properties at its estates of Kalabu and Makoi. This is a total of 12 properties and each lot contains a 2-bedroom barrack type flats. This initiative aims to provide secure and affordable property ownership opportunities for families earning an annual income of FJD $50,000 or below.
