Public Rental Board (PRB), a Commercial Statutory Authority established to provide affordable social housing to low-income earners is inviting TENDERS from reputable consulting companies to provide the following services for the proposed Lagilagi 16-Unit, Two Four-Story Building Project at Lot 1 – DP 10859, Jittu Road:

Structural Engineer – Review the Proposed Design 16 units and stamp drawings– 2 Four Story Building proposed plans.

Tender Details & Terms of Reference – Structural Engineer

Services Engineer – Design of Services Plan (i.e. Electrical, Hydraulics & Fire Protection) for the proposed 16 units – Four Story project.

Tender Details & Terms of Reference – Services Engineer

Quantity Surveyor – To provide Bill of Quantity based on the Proposed 16 units – 4 story plans.
